After (type)mob is killed has X% of chance to drop X(item).
Right click of item executes a command by (Player and or Console)
All spawned mobs would have this drop
Make it possible to enable/disable in certain worlds
Supports Version 1.11

The mob,%,Item,Amount,Player and or Console. (Could be modified in config.)
