Requesting plugin developer 100-200$ a month

Hey!
I am looking for an experienced java developer for a custom plugin development for an advanced factions server. I am looking for someone who is skilled in Java, and very familiar with the Bukkit API. I need someone who is creative and able to solve complex problems in an efficient and quick way.
What you need to be able to do:

1. Able to code complex custom Minecraft plugins.
2. Comfortable and Able to configure most common plugins (Not much of this)
3. Ability to work well with other developers/team
4. Comfortable with Java and the Bukkit/Spigot API
5. Able to code in multiple Minecraft versions but especially 1.8.
6. Professional at all times, and able to attend a weekly Sunday meeting.
7. Send frequent updates and ask questions as soon as they arise

You're asking for a highly qualified Java developer to work over 10 hours a week for (starting at) $100/month? Are you aware that this is a wage of $2.50/hour, at most? Your maximum pay of $200 is not any better, at $5/hour. That's quite... ridiculous, to say the least.
