[REQUESTING] Private Mines plugin

Hello Developers.
Im in need of a private mines plugin, the server is running 1.12.2 so it has to be compatible with that version.

BUDGET: 150$ (can be discussed)

Time frame: 7-10 days if possible

Features:

• Mine expansions (so you can expand it with a command)
• Mine upgrades (so that you can change the blocks, this can also just be a command like /pmine <player> setblocktypes stone,obsidian,diamond_block or smth like that
• Mine resets async with fawe
• regions for the fullmine and just the area you can mine in (also need to be in able to set some flags through the configuration
• Able to give mines to users
• Delete mines, with this the region also gets removed and that "spot" becomes available again
• a double check when a new mine gets created so that it won't ever be placed in the same spot as someone else
• Needs to be in a world called "privatemines" which is also generated by the plugin itself
• pmine teleport command
• be in able to pre generate mines (so that they get set ready with a regionname and the regionname is renamed to mine-uuid and fullmine-uuid after assigning
