Requesting Professional/High Class Enjin Design [~$50]

Hey, I own a modded server called Guns and Glory (its a server modpack that can be seen here: http://www.technicpack.net/modpack/guns-and-glory-server-pack.919854) its very new, and it has gotten pretty popular and gotten some attention. This is the servers website (que disappointing noise): http://sevnet.enjin.com/
As you can see, it really isnt that great, I made the theme myself. Im rocking the Advanced Plan, so I have custom themes and 50 modules available.

What I want:
I want a website that looks something like this: http://www.craftrealms.com/
or http://evolvecraft.com/ or http://www.bio-mc.com/
But we can discuss what it should look like in a private discussion, that isnt too important for the tread.

My offer:
I can give you something around $50, I can pay 25% before you start working as insurance, but for me to do this, you must show me some of your work, proof that you've made those sites. If you can do this, please PM me your skype name and we can work out details from there. I really want a high quality website, if you dont think you can deliver that please dont contact me.
