!REQUESTING! Restore Inventory plugin

Hello there
I am DE_RIEN, owner of InfinityHCF and we are in need of a restore inventory /recover inventory plugin. (Recovers a players inventory after last deat, with offline player support).

*I already tried the one that Cloth made, but doesn't work for my server's spigot.jar...

Commands=
/recover <PLAYERNAME> inventory.recover

Recovers player's inventory after their last death (it's an HCF server with deathbans so with offline player support).

My server's spigot.jar 1.7.10
