Requesting Sci-Fi spawn (Please read full thread)

Hello builders of MC-Market, I'm looking for a Sci-Fi type spawn.

Please read this all:

Here are a few things that the spawn must include/optional:
An area for crates
An action house (An area for npcs to be interacted with that open an action house)
A marketplace (An area for npcs to be interacted with that open an marketplace)
Parkour

If you think you can build us a spawn like this please DM me on discord the following:
Previous builds you've made
The price you want for this build
How long you think it will take (We would like it to be done in possibly 3-6 months.)

Some other stuff we would like is for you to make multiple designs of the build (all designs different from the other but with the same Sci-Fi theme) this way we have a selection to choose from, If you think that is possible.
