You should provide a layout for people to see rather then just your discord, People want to see what they are going to get themselves into, Rather they have to put in 2x as much work to message you on discord, to possibly be disappointed. You will lose a lot of good potential staff by doing this. Although i wish you best of luck finding staff on your server!
