Requesting simple personal website

hello it's been a while

I'm looking for a simple, classy personal website that I'm going to use to introduce myself, give people some background info about me and display my portfolio as well as client reviews.

Details
A front page with a large text and a short introduction of me, followed by links to my social medias
I want multiple pages/sections (depends on how you want to do this) - Home, About, Portfolio, Reviews, Contact
Each project added on the Portfolio must be expandable to include Title, Description and Pictures. I would prefer it to expand to a modal but a new page is also fine
Reviews must have the option for contact email

Style
I am looking for a classy, simplistic and mobile-responsive site. Animations are required but nothing over the top, simple fades, slides and hovers are enough.
A grey/black color scheme (like GitHub) or purple/white color scheme (like this site) would be great

Additional Details
I need the SRC files for the site
Looking for quotes, please do not ask about budget
I will host the site myself
Contents should be kept confidential until I release the site itself
