I'm looking to purchase a somewhat established server, ideally with a running server (although I'm also interested in unreleased servers). My budget does not exceed $250, so I'm not looking for anything to crazy. My only real requirement is that there must be a genuine community, even if it's small. I'm looking to revitalize and grow a server, so if you don't have the time or energy to continue to run your server I am happy to take it off your hands LONG-TERM.
