Requesting some basic server setup help.

I'm looking for some help on my server. It's a factions server i just need some help setting some last minute things up. Below is a list.

• Permissions
• Making spawn look cool with rules, and holograms.
• Voting crates/plugin help
• Set up the wild location. Its already built. Needs some regions and everything set.
• Player shop

What do you mean wild location? Also do you mean player shops where people put a sign on their chest etc? If so those really have no purpose on factions.
