[Requesting] Spawner Plugin / Player Shop Plugin

Hello,
I am requesting two plugins..

I would like a custom spawner plugin. Here's what I would like for it to include

• Custom Crafting
• Spawning limits for a certain radius
• Working with Player Shop Plugin
• Permissions (admin perms and silk touch perm)

Then a Player Shop plugin to correlate with items and spawners
