REQUESTING : Spawners plugin

Hi there! (PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF THIS IS NOT ALLOWED)

I am looking to have a custom plugin made, this custom plugin will have the ability to upgrade spawners using in game $, i should have the ability to edit how much it costs to upgrade per level, and the max level a user can upgrade a spawner too, it would be nice to see a stack able spanner interrogation, but it is not needed. Essentially, when you right click a placed spawner, it will open a gui and you can upgrade the level of the spawner to a max of 10. Every time you upgrade the spawner, it changes the max amount of mobs which will spawn (which i can edit in the config) For example;

Default: 1-2
Chance : 40 #Chance of it spawning the high number of mobs
Cost: 100000 #Cost of upgrade
Level-1: 1-3
Chance : 40
Cost: 200000
Level-2: 2-3
Chance : 40
Cost: 300000
Level-3: 2-4
Chance : 40
Cost: 400000
Level-4: 3-4
Chance : 40
Cost: 500000
Level-5: 4-5
Chance : 40
Cost: 600000

This is just an example and i dont expect it to be java correct.

I dont have a specific budget, let me know the average cost of this to be done.

I tried epic spawners, since i run a 1.8.9 server, their build does not comply with it, plus i have had previous issues with the developer and the plugin itself.[DOUBLEPOST=1537053405][/DOUBLEPOST]
