Requesting staff for new server

Hello MC-Market users!
My new server, Novally Survival (45.35.63.66:25762, version 1.11) needs new staff. We can set up a time to do an interview. We currently need Moderators and Builders.
Requirements for Moderator:
13 Years old or older
Access to Discord
Able to be very active

Requirements for Builder:
10 years old or older (We don't really care about age in this position, more maturity)
Access to Discord
Able to be decently active
Builds you have made (with some form of proof you built them)
