We are going to be a professional build team that makes builds for affordable prices! Exodus is going to beat all of its competitors in their own game!

From what I noticed the thread is lacking a lot of detail, for instance what would a builders payment percentage, or a manager's job, etc. You should really work on making a longer more informative thread. Then you can have better chances of lasting longer.

Three sentences doesn't really make the mark xD. Also give reasons to WHY someone would want to join your team. E.g. We have a stable server to build, and a large community. That would be very appealing to players.
