Staff Manager [NON-PAID]
Job Description
Recruitment: Oversee the hiring process for staff positions (e.g., Moderators, Admins, Helpers). Screen applicants, conduct interviews, and select the right candidates for our network.
Training & Development: Train new staff on server rules, tools, and expectations. Provide ongoing training to improve their skills and performance.
Performance Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate staff performance, ensuring staff are fulfilling their roles and meeting community standards. Provide feedback and handle disciplinary actions if necessary.
Qualifications & Skills
Leadership and Management: Ability to lead and motivate a team of diverse individuals. Strong conflict resolution and decision-making skills.
Experience in Minecraft Server Management: Familiarity with Minecraft gameplay, server administration, plugins, and commands. Experience as a moderator, admin, or in a similar role on a Minecraft server is required.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to manage both staff and player interactions effectively.
