Pay for the project will be substantial granted I can find someone who I deem qualified.
There are around 3000 clients, and we use T1 for both DSLAM backhaul and POTS. You would only be responsible for mapping POTS.
I would need a map of around where the T1 repeaters would need to be, you can make this on Google Earth Pro.
The project would take around 6-12 hours to complete. You will be paid a fixed rate. You do not need to do the entire exchange, just areas that haven't been upgraded to fiber optics yet (~15% of exchange).
