My partner and I are searching for a third partner to join our Minecraft server development team. We have been working on the server for 6 months now and have already created multiple custom plugins, premium plugins, and a custom-built spawn and warzone.
I bring 5 years of experience in server management and administration, having worked on and owned successful servers. My partner is an advanced Spigot developer with expertise in Kotlin and Java.
We are seeking someone who can handle basic plugin configuration and create masterful builds. In addition to these tasks, you will also be a valuable member of our team, contributing creative ideas and opinions to our projects. We are really looking for someone well-rounded, able to contribute to development (via configuration), and able to help server-side with building. The building will entail terraforming, tweaking current builds, and construction of new projects.
It's important to note that this is not a freelance job, but a partnership opportunity where you will be working closely with us and contributing to the success of our server. We're looking for someone who is not only skilled, but also able to work well in a group, be creative, and think outside the box.
