Requesting Two Plugins (Crates & Gangs)

THESE PLUGINS ARE INTENDED TO BE SOLD ONLY ONCE TO MYSELF, IF YOU DECIDE TO AND NOT RESOLD MULTIPLE COPIES
What will the plugin do?
I know there are plugins like these but they do not have everything I'd like
The "Gangs" plugin is going to be able to let you to create prison gangs, that can invite each other and go into war with other Gangs.
The "Crates" plugin will be like any other crates plugin. But I want it to be full customizable in the percents of items put in. If possible you can do all the config from in game such as /crate add (crate_name) (item) (percent). I'd also like it if you don't have a key to give a little pushback effect, if possible.

When do I need this by?
ATM, I do not have the money but I will be getting enough soon. If you are able to do either of these please contact me via skype and tell me your prices

You could just edit the factions plugin or something...

Not everyone is familiar with Java and or the Bukkit API

The plugin I need isn't similar to factions because there is no claim no power and differnt enemies not allies its a lot different if the plugin dev can do it all using factions and not have any weird stuff and if it doesnt look like factions then I'm fine with that
