Requesting Various Designs | Flexible w/ Prices & Time

Hey there. I'm currently in the process of building up a bigger company than what I have right now, and I found the problem of needing the right kind of designs. I really suck at designing, so I'm guessing this is the place to ask. Here's some info.

Designs Needed:
1x rectangular logo
1x server logo that can also be used for server icon & favicon
1x forum thread design

Optional Designs:
1x animated server banner that goes with the server logo
1x profile picture

Budget:
$0-$10

Time:
Anytime before May 1.

Requirements:
None... not really.

Terms of Agreement for Both Sides:
1. Respect each other.
2. No chargeback after deal is sealed.
3. Designer must make necessary revisions until buyer is satisfied.
4. Buyer is required to vouch if he thinks the service was completed on or above expectation.
5. Buyer must pay the first 50% of agreed price before the designer starts designing via PayPal G&S. Once deal is sealed, the other 50% will be paid via F&F. Buyer will pay all fees.
6. Designer must give support for the service given for at least 7 days.
7. Product must be exclusive. Non-exclusive materials will be accepted for 50% of its worth.
8. All images or text must be made by the designer. Infringing with copyright would result in punishment.
9. Both sides must tell the truth.
10. If either side failed to follow this agreement, the offender have the right to file a scam report, chargeback, and/or other punishment as fit.

I tried to make the agreement equal, and unbiased toward one side. If you have anything to add, feel free to discuss with me and we will amend it if it's reasonable. If you want the price to be higher than the budget, we can always discuss about it. If you are wanting to take this offer, you must do all three requested work!

Is your budget $10 for all 5 pieces or $10 for each piece. Also I don't suggest creating a terms and conditions for "both sides" because that kind of defeats the point in my opinion, also in no doubt would always favor the buyer to their preferences.
