Please be aware with this user. They are not here to pay you a fair amount of money for your work by the sounds of it.

I went from $25/hour@25hrs/week with him to $15. He then asked the owner and determined I was too expensive. The chat above is what followed.

Also take note of this:

He did not add that in my village, our work hours are different! And, he was going to work for a few hours a week, and wanted to us to pay a lot for him to just update somethings. It is not even that much work!

I was interested in full-time development at your service, not updates for little things. Also, 25 hours is not a "few hours a week".
