Requesting youtubers for OP prisons server (Consistent pay)

Hello forums, looking for multiple youtubers + their friends.

Releasing an OP Prisons server in the coming weeks and I am looking for as many youtubers as I can get.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Record let's plays (NO TRAILERS)
- Record voice (negotiable)
- 100 subscribers min
- 15 videos uploaded min
- 3 unique interactions per vid(likes, comments shares by people other than you!)

Pay is determined by a formula and will be delivered after every unlisted upload, after payment is complete then upload it as public.

I got large capital to start the server and keep it running, if you want information about the server feel free to PM me! The server does have custom and premium plugins, a lot of time is going in on the back end. I have been working on balancing the leveling time to make sure players always are interacting with the game and doing more then just mining!
