Require a response when agreeing or disagreeing on suggestions

The suggestions forum is a great place to improve the MC-Market, however, I don't think a binary option (disagree or agree) isn't helping out the community much. If you want to disagree or agree, it would be ideal to add a rule which requires after leaving one of the two options to add a response of a minimum of specified characters (or words) to explain themselves.

A rule such as that, would take way too much time to enforce and result in lots of duplicate replies from people with the same opinions. Who is going to go through all the suggestions and check all the people who reacted, made a reply too?

If you agree with someone, it's completely redundant to have to post saying that you agree with them. If we wanted more feedback through comments we could just remove the reactions alltogether from this forum, but it's useful to see how many people agree or disagree without having to scroll through 100+ comments on some of the popular suggestions.
