Nothing I have hated more than buying an account to find it is banned on a server like Hypixel or Mineplex. It feels like a scam not to disclose that sort of information.

I believe that users should be required to list all known punishments for an account. Perhaps even a new section in the form for known and active punishments, yet I understand that that could just go in addition information. Perhaps add "/ known active punishments" to the title of the section?

Thoughts?

High performance, consistent uptime and fast support. Minecraft hosting that just works.

lol I just snipe the account and then sell it without even logging into it. Would be annoying going onto literally every server in the world to check for punishments

Just log into Hypixel and Mineplex real fast. Takes like 30 sec.

I do believe that if you don't want to spend the time to do a quality assurance check on your products you should be held responsible if it is banned on a large server (again, not sure what would count) and be required to issue a refund if requested by the buyer in return for your account back.

I do understand that every server sounds a bit harsh hence why this rule makes more sense for people who have owned their account since it was made and have the full history in their brain to some extent at least.

Perhaps rather than simply disagreeing you can post something that you believe would be a more adequate solution?

Maybe it would be useful to have a list of servers that are generally considered vital. Things like BL, Hypixel, mineplex, hive, arkham, etc.

u wont know if it has any punishments if you don't login, unless the server allows you to check online.

Good idea, but who would decide these?

I'm not too sure about this. I think that if the user is banned on any servers that information should be disclosed anyways but recently many people have said 'No Known Bans' which I think is also fine.

It isn't possible or realistic of us to set up a list of servers you have to check first, how will we decide to add new ones? Terms of account sales should be decided and discussed between the buyer and seller.

Denied, thanks for the suggestion.
