Require Premium to sell Fortnite accounts

the fortnite section is littered with scammers of accounts created the day of posting their vague pictures with no proof of ownership (which makes it even harder to confirm if it's legit). Minecraft accounts have the same thing so why not implement it here. Fortnite is growing in popularity for the time being so it only makes sense to have the popular sub-forum require premium to sell.

EDIT: Forgot to mention that no, this won't solve the issue for scamming, but that was one of my main points because it's so frequent in the selling community to see these scammers. If we can take out the kids who don't even own the account and are brokies trying to scam; we probably will take out a good bit of the scammers in our community.

you're completely missing my point. people are eligible to sell any kind of account such as xbox live accounts, playstation accounts and more. they just cant sell minecraft accounts because this forum is mainly about minecraft accounts which you can see according to the domain name, and the key tags attached to it. google 'sell minecraft accounts' and you'll find it. it's the leading minecraft account selling site that every third minecraft player has discovered.

I disagree with this because it's discriminating against people who won't have any money at all until they sell their account - selling is to make money, not to spend money trying to make money.

if you can spend $100s of dollars on skins you can spend $10 to sell your account.

if you would have read my comments on the subject. i've said multiple times that you'll almost always be making profit with an account as fortnite accounts are as expensive as MC OGs now. So anything you see on the Market that is even worth being bought is over $20+. Which paying $10 to sell it is still profit

Alright, so as you have said yourself, every account being sold is being sold for at least $20.

Let's say someone is selling an account for hundreds of dollars.
He's being charged maybe a 3% fee for the $10.

Someone else is selling their account for $20.
He's being charged a 50% fee.

Does this sound fair to you?

yeah pretty much. i mean they can inflate their prices. it's up to the sellers discretion whether they want to sell it for more profit or just take it at $20 and buy another account once they find funds again to purchase something else.

What do you mean 'more profit'? In your last message you said that people has spent hundreds of dollars on their skins if it's their personal account they're selling, so how are they making profit even without the fee?

people will pay for accounts that they spent $10 for quite a bit more. Like a fully tiered account.
So let's say they spend $10 on v-bucks and $10 for premium (they have Tier 100 in this case). If they choose to sell the accounts for $30 someone may buy it. either way the acc owner will break even if he chooses to sell at 20 or make profit if he sells at 30.
