Such as the form used for the Accounts section.

It's not rare to see a buying thread where an user is asking for a build without the basic specifications like budget, premade/custom built/any, exclusive/non-exclusive/any.
It would be nice to know those details to avoid unnecessary PMs and not having to wait a day just to find out the guy wants a 250x250 exclusive build for $5.

Could be something like this:

Describe the build you looking for:

What is your budget?

Do you want the build to be sold only to you (Exclusive)?

Are you looking for a custom built or pre-made build?

Questions could be formulated better for easier understanding.

edit: this form could be used for the Building service forum as well.

It would always be nice if the people looking to buy stuff would be specific about what they want, but I don't want this forum turning into a form based forum where users are allowed no creativity or individuality in their posts, and where I can't tell if they included this information because they're smart about what to expect in a deal, or if they only included it because it was required.
I can usually tell a lot about a user and whether or not I want to deal with them based off the effort they put into their post.
If they don't include the information and they don't seem like someone you'd find it worth private messaging, then simply ignore their thread. It's their loss if they get no business out of it, not yours.

yeah, agreed. Plus if this form is included to the builds sub-forum, there would be requests for adding the forms to all the other marketplaces probably.
