To preface, the situation was handled perfectly and I was refunded the full amount. However, the entire ordeal was a problem that could have been avoided.
For those that don't want to read the full version, I was sold an IG account that was super misleading. Although it worked out for me in the end, I'm sure there are certain rules that can be enforced to prevent this from happening.
1) Account sellers MUST indicate whether or not it was botted. This includes, but is not limited to fake followers, like, and comments.
2) If engagement is artificial or not naturally occurring from followers, then it must be stated in the thread.
