Requirements for business accounts?

For some reason, I can't create a business account. Are there any certain requirements to be able to do so?

Nope you don't. My friend isn't Premium and can make business accounts.

It might be because you joined so recently, not sure about this but could be a possibility.

You need to wait 3 months to receive most privileges I think. I could be wrong tho.

What kind of privileges are those? Just the business account? 3 months is a looooong time...
