Hello,
As the Manager of ResistPVP, I am in search for a highly skilled, and highly compliant Staff team willing to do whatever it takes to benefit the server. From my experience I find That Mc-Market and Minecraft Forums are the perfect place to find these talented individuals, So today I have came here in order to find them.

First here is a little bit of information about ResistPVP. During Early December we had a stable 20-40 Player base but in January it steadily declined, It may have been due to the engagement of some staff members so now we have decided to revamp the server as well as the team.

• Hours of Contribution - Well, that would depend if i managed to obtain the position. But i am normally at my computer for around 5 hours a day. I can normally match any timezone though, never really an issue for me.

• Experience - Lots of experience in creating servers, not much of a plugin developer though. I helped to manage LockMC about a year back, ended up making about $2000 within two weeks. I also have experience in GamersRespawn, they were going to be a gaming network which was never released (You can do your research). I ended up creating the entire server with a couple of friends to find the owner had no more money to invest, he was all out as he has setup his new and improved LED shop. • What makes you Stand out - Well, i am currently very active and i feel i am a sophisticated speaker. I feel i am great with interacting with customers and helping to resolve current issues that may arise. I have teamspeak3 and skype ready to use, whenever i am needed to. I feel i am pretty good at editing videos, this could be used to create a fancy server trailer

• References - Currently none, could try and get some.

• Let me be blunt the Minecraft community is not the nicest, I can't change that no one can it's all up to the players but I can enforce that players will not Hack or do anything to ruin the ResistPvP community. I think I've a eye for seeing improvement I work as hard as possible day and night to work on what ever job I have in front of me .

• What makes you Stand out I feel like I stand out because I am not your typical forum viewer waiting for a server that has the slightest trace of success in them so I can apply for the highest position they offer. No, I am simply someone that wants to find a quality, professional server that I can contribute my time to. This is one of those servers. I am applying for Moderator because Admin has a lot of pressure, and I am not sure that balancing out being an administrator on two servers will be good for me. I am not applying for Helper because it is simply not enough work for an individual like me. I believe I fall best in the Moderator category. It is the perfect mix of in game, website, and teamspeak. I am very laid back and mellow. I never boast about my work or try to act better than others. I work well in a team and can leave my mind open to ideas. I love the feeling I get when I know I have helped someone. That is what I want to have here on this server. I want to see this server grow and become the next big thing.
