Resource approval question

If your resource was downloaded while under approval, that is by a moderator I would presume.
So if that is in-fact the case, if it has had this 1 download for some days now does that mean it was disapproved?

No. It does not mean that it was rejected. If this was the case you would receive a conversation from one of our lovely Resource Moderators. They might've simply downloaded it with the intention to approve it but something came up and they didn't have a chance yet. Fear not, it will be approved or you'll receive notice regarding why it wasn't approved!
