Alright!
Got an email today, boys:
Awesome! Here's my brilliant suggestion to bring to MC-Market Resources. In the current state, resources are seriously geared towards the buyers. There's so much stuff lacking for the sellers (ie; seller dashboard taking millennia to load). One of the biggest issues I've seen is that the chargeback reason "not delivered" is essentially impossible to win, as MC-Market provides no download tracking, unlike other platforms such as Sellfy or Selly.
When a user opens a dispute, as "Not Delivered", you have to provide some sort of valid delivery tracking, or you'll lose everytime. The closest thing we have to "tracking" is purchase statuses:
However, this never shows if the buyer actually received the product, as confirming your purchase doesn't necessarily mean the "Download Now" button was clicked.
My suggestion is to add download tracking, when a user clicks "Download Now" for the first time, it will show on the "Purchases" tab.
Then, if a dispute is ever opened, Download Date can be provided as proof of delivery for the product, rather then just trying to convince PayPal the buyer actually downloaded the product.

We've completed our review of this case and decided in favor of your buyer. The buyer stated they never received the item, and the proof of delivery details provided could not be verified.
