Probably will in a day or so, PayPal puts some payments on hold for 24hrs.

Its been more than 24 hours but okay. Me and the Author sorted it out via pms and just gave me a direct link. But I think it might be a reoccurring problem.

This occurred with someone else in a Discord, from what I saw. So while I personally cannot confirm, I'm pretty sure this is a genuine issue. If it happens again you could probably make a support request so the author doesn't have to provide a direct download link.

I did think that, but the backtrack of support requests right now is substantial, so I wanted it asap if I paid for it.

This happened to me last year when I was first going into resources. I contacted Justis and it got all sorted out. I had to manually accept all resources for a time though, it was kinda annoying.

Yes i'm sorry for the issue, I honestly have no idea what happened but i hope it gets sorted out.

Due to issues out of our control with PayPal requiring additional verification, sometimes payments are put on hold for a period of time to be checked. If you do make a payment through PayPal and don't receive your license, please contact the resource author and they will assist you.
