Resource notifications not showing until refresh

Noticed it earlier already and just confirmed it isn't working properly (For me atleast).

When someone makes a purchase of one of my resources, I'm not getting any alerts anymore unless I refresh the website or actually click on the alerts button.

Same thing for replies on "Watched" threads, no alerts when someone replies.

Been having this a few times on mobile, desktop seems fine for me.
