I have just gotten back to MCM after awhile. I am thinking of posting my resources on here but I cannot seem to find any docs about API or Anti-Piracy. I wonder if MCM has such system before I upgrade my account and start selling plugins?
So you mean they don't have it?Yeah when we gonna see this
That's kinda sad, I mean, you can post resources for free on Spigot and Revenact and they do have some protection... Somehow here it costs $15 to sell something and there is no Anti-Piracy.Ofc they don’t why would they wanna do something good pfff
If they expose themselves yes or else you’re screwed because they’re big badThat's kinda sad, I mean, you can post resources for free on Spigot and Revenact and they do have some protection... Somehow here it costs $15 to sell something and there is no Anti-Piracy.
Is there even a way to catch the leakers on here?
Add your own protection in, that's all you can do tbh. That's kinda sad, I mean, you can post resources for free on Spigot and Revenact and they do have some protection... Somehow here it costs $15 to sell something and there is no Anti-Piracy.

I mean, even leak sites have their own Anti-Releak and we somehow don't have one? While those two sites do have anti-leaks, discussing other competitors isn’t allowed.
In that case how would you identify who the leaker is though? Sure you can disable a version that got leaked by forcing update, but how are you gonna know who leaked it in the first place? Is there a way we can even view who downloaded the resource or something?Add your own protection in, that's all you can do tbh.
There aren't any safeguards for that. You'd have to handle that yourself. Never said it was a good system, just said what you'd have to do.In that case how would you identify who the leaker is though? I also heard that if your resource is leaked and you pay the leakers to take it down you will also get banned right?I mean, like said above you could always add your own :/ However, a user by the name Ethereal did add a successful anti leak and got banned for it. I personally don’t see how what he did could be worthy of a ban, but it all comes down to the site and staff that deal with it.
I mean, I have seen Spigot and Revenact having it... injecting the ID is a good idea :/There aren't any safeguards for that. You'd have to handle that yourself. Never said it was a good system, just said what you'd have to do.
I mean I am surprised they still don't have it because the forums is 5 years old :/As far as I'm aware, Mick plans to add a built in anti-leak system here soon.
"Soon" can mean many things, however.
