Resource publishing bug

If I publish a resource it says product of this type is not supported(something like that) but it publishes it to the resource manager.

How to reproduce:
1. Upload a resource(mine was in plugins section)
2. Upload the jar etc.
3. Push save
4. Close the warning
5. Go back to the resource manager.
