Resource regrowth plugin

I want to buy a plugin which is world edit compatible that automatically regenerates broken blocks of a certain type in an area. Would need to have good performance and regen randomly, a bit at a time. Please give offers in this thread. Would have to he able to handle an area as big as 3000x3000. For 1.8.
