Resource Staff

Maybe if we had at least 3 Resource staff checking, Accepting and declining resources we wouldn't have to wait up to a week or more just to have our resource accepted or viewed. I think this would improve the resource system much better.

Well obviously the staff haven't checked the other "three" so might as well make a new one till they get the message through.
