How come it doesn't show me where to price my Resources??

Wait for a mod to approve it first, then modify as you see fit. The menu to do so will be in the bottom right corner as I mentioned before.

Paid resources is a premium feature, so you must have the premium account upgrade in order to monetise your resources.
