Resources to get people joining my Discord server?

I'm accepting pre-orders for a battle pass with exclusives in anticipation of fully funding the launch of my Minecraft server, I have four of fifteen orders right now to fully fund, which is great. As of right now, things are sort of at a stand still so I'm trying to figure out where I would need to go to bring more people to my server.

Having some popular and or experienced developers/builders/youtubers in you staff team would boost your popularity and server members by quite a lot. If you can't get those paying to put some ads on other discord servers (or going into a partnership with them) and server list websites would work well too. Or you could just do the old 2017 method of promising a rich toddler co-owner in exchange for 500$

I suggest getting yourself some partner managers, or affiliate managers! Hiring these guys really helps you get your server out there: Discord Partner managers are users who you hire to specifically advertise your server into other servers, and other servers into yours. Affiliate Managers are essentially the same thing, except they usually use Everyone or here pings!
