I've never had this issue. If you provide PayPal with the terms and conditions they agreed to, PayPal will deny their request to charge back.

As for leaking, I'm in the process of making some anti-leak software for my web resources that forces a user to register the resource before they can use it. Not sure if that's possible with the plugins you do.

You could just not submit as a resource and sell through direct contact however this could lose you some business and it will be difficult to push updates to all clients.

That's completely not a resource, like i dont rlly care about the shit being leaked, what i care is the fact that mcm barely does anything against leakers, chargebacks thats ofc from my pov

If you can provide proof that they're lying, make a scam report.

If there would be a limit, it should be the average time it takes for staff to detect it's someone's alt, so a person can't just create an account and chargeback to leak it (which could be done with everything). I'm sure that wouldn't affect the business too much and if they're in urgent need of the item, they could just directly contact you. They could possibly make an option so when you create your resource, you can enable a filter with makes so only people with an account that's a week old+ can purchase it?
