Respect is a brand new eSports team that's looking to get a management team established before officially competing and getting players. That being said I am only looking for dedicated people who are interested in taking the team to higher levels and making a future for Respect.
Duties, Expectations, and Requirements of Each Rank
CEO (You will receive a % of profit): » Must Be 15+ » Must Contribute Funds » Must Have Previous Experience Owning / Managing teams / projects » Must Contribute Time / Effort Into Respect
Head Management:
» Must be 15+ » Must have previous experience » In charge of managing socials, community, and the team » Must work together as a team and keep things organized » Must keep the management team working and doing what they're supposed too
Management: » Must be 15+ » Must have previous experience » In charge of managing socials, community, and the team » Must work together as a team and keep things organized
Investors:
» Must be willing to work with us, eSports makes money overtime. » Will discuss more information privately.
Graphics Designer:
» Must have at least 3 months of experience » Must be able to show us a portfolio / previous work » Must get work done in a fast pace and on time.
Video Editor:
» Must have at least 3 months of experience » Must have clean transitions / effects » Can NOT over edit videos (Too many transitions / effects)
Fortnite Players: » Must have at least 200+ wins » Must have a 2+ KD » Must have at least 6 months of scrim experience » Must grind at least 4+ hours a day ((Requirements will increase overtime))
