I no longer take vouch copies for thread designs, only for minimal tasks such as avatars, signatures, or social media banners.

Please note the following if you choose to do business with me:
As the client, it is on you to provide details to me. As I am additionally busy with other clients, I cannot wait for details as I have to move on if you cannot quickly provide them.

I no longer accept infinite changes to orders anymore. You are entitled 5 minor changes to your order, and afterwards you will be charged per change you require.

By ordering or requesting work from me, you automatically agree to the following:

— You are not authorized to sell my work
— You are not authorized to claim my work as your own or that you've created it yourself
— You are not authorized to distribute my work
— You are not authorized to request refunds or chargeback on payments regardless if the order has been completed or not
- I am authorized to cancel business if I feel it is necessary without proving a refund of any sort
— You are not authorized to remove or modify credit portions in thread designs
Ex: "Thread design by drax" (only goes for thread designs, nothing else unless noted in the order)

While ordering (you additionally automatically agree to the following):
- You are required to issue a down payment for me to start on any work. Additionally, by issuing the down payment, you are held responsible for any type of chargeback made or refund requested anytime during myself working or not working on an order. All payments must be processed successfully. Otherwise, a scam report will be made against you.
- Once I have finished about / exactly half-way, for me to start to finish the order, you are required to issue the final down payment. Keep in mind that this is a direct payment, not a liability. Once everything is satisfactory, the final image of your product will be sent upon request. You are not purchasing the source file, but instead the image, GIF, or video file of the file. If you are not satisfied with the final product, I can make up to five changes. Any other changes will require you to be charged, per change you request.

In addition, any changes will require you to issue a payment before I've made them, to start per change.

It is your responsibility to check back to the TOS in my signature for updates.
By disobeying my TOS will result in a scam report made against you.
