Hey there! My name is Respire, I would like to offer my services as a paid Manager/Administration for a medium - large Minecraft network. I have experience with most server types but I am most familiar with skyblock and prison.

I've worked for multiple smaller servers and a few larger ones. I have owned 3 semi successful servers in the past but they have since shut down due to funding issues. Some of the smaller servers I have worked for would be Purpleprison, HavenMC (Shut Down) FreeMcKings (Shut Down). As for some of the bigger servers I have worked for Arkham network and PrimeMC

Specialties: Cheap, Good at leading a team, Managing multiple staff roles at one time, Good work ethic, And am always available to get on if need be.
Unfortunately, I don't have much BuyCraft experience as that was never my assigned job on any of the networks that I've worked for. However the upside is I'm naturally talented when it comes to learning things quickly and I am a very easy person to teach.

Command wise:
I know my fair share of commands for a wide variety of plugins whether it be permission plugins or game mode plugins. I know the majority of commands for the common skyblock, prison, faction plugins.
I am very experienced with managing multiple gamemode's economy's, I have had lots of experience with good and bad economies on multiple servers and have been able to successfully manage and make the economy more beneficial to the players therefore improving the overall experience players have on the network. Some examples of this would be managing shop prices and removing items from in game that could break the economy. Doing so saves the problem and hassle of resetting the gamemode which is a reoccurring issue for most servers.

I have a little bit of Xenforo management. However I am not the best at it but as stated above I am a very fast learner so I hope that this isn't a issue.

Last but not least, I have experience with setting up TeamSpeak servers and then making them more beneficial for things such as staff meetings and for players to communicate together.

I have a lot of experience when it comes to bug testing, I am able to identify duplication bugs rather quickly and efficiently. Upon setting up new servers, I have personally gone through extensive testing of every donation rank, staff rank and groups for any errors in permissions. I have also tested most features of plugins to check if they work 100% correctly, and make sure that no game breaking glitches or bugs will be sent out on release. This is a subject that I take extremely seriously, as I feel that most servers don't take off due to poor setups.
I’m not a Developer or a System Administrator, but I'm good with managing a staff team and community, I do things like getting the staff spread out among the servers, promotions, demotions monitoring all staff activity without a plugin. I'm always able to be contacted if anything comes up that needs immediate attention, that mean’s I offer 24/7 services. I bring with me a lot of ideas and stuff to expand servers and open them up to other ideas.

I'm able to dedicate 10 or more hours to the server daily but I offer 24-hour help to our staff team so I’m always on call in case any game breaking issues arise. I love working for MC servers as I love working with people from all around the world. I’m a very hard working individual and a people person. I always put others before myself. I'm willing to give 110% effort in order to achieve these goals that we have.

It's my job to manage the server's community and staff team, I can also do donation support. I work very well both in-game and on forums, I don't believe it to be okay for me to suddenly vanish out of the game because I can "let the other staff handle it". I have a lot of pride in managing the communities and staff teams that I have, and I feel that to properly manage them, I have to be online to learn the community and see just who I'm supposed to be managing.

In the past I had to answer support emails/forum tickets, hire/demote/manage staff, manage chat and answer questions, handle reports/appeals, create new concepts for the server, general creative development, manage player suggestions and forward bug reports, develop useful guides for players and stuff, and more.

Well my name is William and I am a 19 years old. I have played Minecraft for the last 5 years and have enjoyed it since the first day. The reason I enjoy staffing is because when I first started playing multiplayer I had no idea what to do on any of the servers I joined. I would ask in chat and no one would be there to help me. I strive to change that I force myself to excel at being there for the players above anything because without them the network would be nothing. As I stated above I am currently unemployed but not due to my own choice. I am living with severe Diabetes, Chron's and Colitis. The reason I'm trying to find a paid position is because my disability check that I get barely pays for my medical expenses let alone my food and shelter. I strive to not use my health as an excuse to slack off and do my job improperly.
Thanks for taking the time to read this. Feel free to get a hold of me :)
