Restart Ubuntu script

I added a expiremental feature to my server tonight and server crashed once so far.
Looking for a working script to make my server automatically restart upon crashing/stopping with a delay inbetween (to press control C for example) if I want to keep it down for a bit.

I'm running ubuntu.

Willing to pay.

When using that, replacing the java line this is the output:

"start.sh: 6: Syntax error: word unexpected (expecting "do")"
