Restock Chest:
A plugin which is its own kit plugin where players can collect their kits every half an hour. But a player will need the permission (restockchest.line.<line>) to access each line.
Commands:
/restockchest
/restock status
/restockchest setChest
/restockchest setup
./restockchest reset <player>

This plugin can work on its own and doesn't need to rely on any other plugins to support it. This plugin could be an essential to a kitpvp server or you could add it to other game types such as factions and prison. It gives that extra sense of originality.
