ReTop (YouTuber) Need to know their MC-Market name.

1.) So I just got scammed by the youtuber who goes by the name Retop, he got me from mc-m but never replied under his account. Please if you know their name tag them so I can complete a scam report

2.) They wanted to do F + F on paypal, is there absoloutely no way that I can chargeback?

dont quote me on this I haven't charge backed before, but if u used a credit card can't u charge back w the company? also I think u still can with F&F. GL w it!!
