Reason for Sale
This has been a great community that I have personally loved and nurtured. I have spent the past four years alongside my admins on making this a place anyone can feel at home; We never enforce strict rules and we are always relaxed.
Four years ago when I started this community, I was an 18 year old without a job so I had a lot of spare time. While I would love to restore the community to its former self, I now work as a full time IT manager and I just don't have the time anymore, especially with my hobbies alongside. Rather than just let go of the community, we decided it would be a better move to pass it on and allow someone else to breath life into it once again!
History
Just some brief history. We started as a humble tekkit server, way back when it was 'the thing that everyone was doing'. We had split from another tekkit server after disagreements on the shady handling of donations among other issues.
So there we were, starting up and fresh with the promise that our donations belong to the community and no single individual. This appealed to some of our starter players and they gave the funding for us to upgrade the server as well as get some small advertisements. This boomed and we were swamped with players which was fairly chaotic to begin.

Tekkit, like all things, eventually started to dwindle. By this time we had decided that vanilla minecraft just wasn't 'us' so we went ahead and started opening other modpacks, such as Hexxit, Feed the beast, B-team and Voltz.
It was during this time that we worked out how to use technic to make our own custom packs, which led to my personal project, wild west frontier and this has been our main pack since.
So what do you get in the sale?
As you can see, we were once quite a popular community so there are plenty of benefits even if we don't currently have the same amount of players on.
A unique, vibrant and appealing site
A great deal of time was spent on our site to make it feel fluid and non-intrusive to new members. It is all enjin based with plenty of custom code snippets in the modules. It also has forums setup with plenty of categories as well as a ranking system, staff rank system, point based system and shop. Buyers new to enjin should make sure to check out the enjin plugin which allows interaction with the game servers to control donations, ranks, player counts, points and more.
Great stats to work with
With nearly 1000 registered members, you can take advantage of site-wide messages to draw people back to the community.
We have a good +101 upvotes on enjin - A great bonus to anyone wanting to use the Enjin recruitment functions.
We also have accumulated over 95,000 UNIQUE hits which is phenomenal when you think about it - that is more than the population of greenland !
We are still receiving a fair amount of views on the website. This is likely in part due to the age of our community and the massive amount of back-links out there on the web!

Yes, we are the top FTB Departed server according to the official list!
This strange and wonderful magic meets exploration pack is great fun and could be a great addition to any network or run on its own! Back when we had the time, this server was regularly at 20 players and we have received a good amount of donations. Again, with some time to invest in the right places, this is a great opportunity as the foundations are already there!
A fully setup Factions PvP server with a crate-based reward system
We haven't had this server long and it just hasn't had the dedication we should have given it. It has tier'd crates with plenty of custom weapons, armour and unique rewards. The spawn is also fully built, features a working auction house, rules board and multiple-exit tunnels.

PokeRG

This pixelmon pack was run for a while as an 'RPG'. It features the kanto region map, custom textures, yellow/blue/red accurate spawns, a redstone self-resetting locking mechanism that is the LT Surge gym (created by myself). Also included is our 'freeplay' world which has a giant pokemon stadium as the spawn as well as a semi-built training area with poke centre. This project was abandoned after the lead staff had to leave for personal issues to do with his family.

This was our attempt at a Minecraft MMORPG. Unfortunately we just did not have the sheer amount of staff required to take on such an ambitious project, however, we did make decent progress. There are buildings built, custom weapons made, custom textures created and all of these are included in the sale as well as the world painter file and planned lore. This was a modded minecraft server and as such, we had a technic pack. This will be transferred as well.
Buccaneers' Bay
Another abandoned project. Server is setup with custom guns, music and more and should be ready to go. It is an island-based towny pack with small boats and flans. The idea was that people would settle on islands and raid other islands in ships. The reason it was abandoned was because people didn't seem to take to the idea so we just scrapped it.
FTB Infinity
This was quite a recent addition. It has a spawn that is 70% completed and in the style of a fallout vault. No screenshots at hand unfortunately but I may boot up the server and grab some later.

As you can imagine with it being 4 characters, RetG is a desirable domain and I have been given estimates from $80 up to $2000 so again, if you have the time, this could be a great investment.
Wild West Frontier.
Okay so this one is difficult. This is my personal pet-project, and I am still unsure whether or not to include it in the sale. While I do think it could benefit a seller, especially with the announcement of red-dead redemption 2, I still feel like I have a lot of unfinished business so this will have to be offered for separately.
The current server is a custom shoot em' up with Towny, Flans, Loads of crops and some industrial mods such as immersive engineering. It also has around 12 Unique, custom made and compiled guns (I don't know of any other pack that features these guns).
My plans are to continue this on as an RP world. Again I am still unsettled so if it is something you feel you could do, please make me an offer.
This custom pack and the custom guns will be included if an offer is placed that I like.
The final bit (at last, right?)
Pricing. I am looking for something that represents the time and effort we put into this over the years. I am not looking for a stupid amount ($$$$) but I want serious offers ( sorry guys, $10 isn't going to cut it ). This community has massive potential and even more so if someone had a good amount of time or staff-force to put into it.
As I said, the RetG domain is valued fairly high so someone may be able to turn a quick profit using that alone therefore I won't even entertain low offers.. There is easily that amount in just hours to setup some of these servers here, let alone everything else.
If you aren't interested, please at least give your valuation so I can at least see what the general consensus is around pricing.
