Here are the key points of what I need: important/big feature | smaller feature

• Kits - The inventories should not be hard coded (You can set the inventory in game or through a config. 19 Kits, 17 with custom abilities.)​
• Events -​

• Capture The Flag​
• TNT Tag​
• Parkour​
• Stats/ Scoreboard - scoreboard info
• Spawn Items - You spawn in a certain region with clickable items that do commands.​
• Shop - Very basic GUI shop where you can buy 5 simple items.​
• KitShop - Buy kits through a GUI for in-game balace​
• KillStreaks​
• Generic KitPvP features (Soup signs, Jump pads etc)​
• Staff base command​

Okay. So let's get started with why you will find very few developers willing to make this for you. Your price range is amazingly low. Especially for all the features you wanted. Now, before you complain "but how do those people sell their plugins that have the same features for $17" i'll answer why right now. Those people rely on mass funding, they have hundreds of buyers. 17 * 300 is quite a bit of money and is more than worth it for those people who have a considerable audience willing to buy such things that they sell non-exclusively. If you're looking to get a plugin like the one you mentioned above just having the ability to make it completely customizable with 19 different kits and 17 different custom abilities, will cost you upwards of $100. That's the main core feature and I would price it around $175 if you get it from a cheaper developer, even more from a more premium developer. Multiple events is another big core feature that will definitely cost you more than $100. Even if you wanted just the events without the kits it would still cost upwards of $100. I'd price the events at around $150 stand-alone from again, a cheaper developer. Now, let's talk about your minor features. Shops - around $25-50. Generic Items - $10. Killstreaks - I'd do that for free.... Staff base command - not clear on what you mean. Spawn Items - ??? not clear on that either. Overall, you're looking in the range of $250+. The big price changer is how much a developer values the events at, as well as the 17 different custom abilities and full customization of kits in-game. The kits aren't that big of the deal, while the events can be expensive just because of the logic needed for each one as well as the special things you need for each one such as "CTF" or "Sumo".
