Return the reaction test from white to green

Simple suggestion, the reaction text where it counts our reactions is white now and honestly doesn't stand out like it did before. I think it would not only look nicer but encourage people to use the system more often.

Isn't it because they romoved every rating except agree and disagree in suggestions?
Meaning if someone lost 100 ratings, it was because he got 100 ratings that were not agrees and they were in suggestions?
Just confused
