Revamp Investment & Loan Requirements

I have been on this sight for a few months now and can't get access, while I have seen newer accounts access the section. Just asking for a revamp to the requirements to make them more efficient and clean. Let me know what you think.

Literally nobody can access it, I know some people with 50+ rep and like 3000 messages who've been here since 2016 who can't go into the section.

Yet, unregistered members can see the section just fine.
It's counter-intuitive and badly established.

Well, with that being said they should def revamp the requirements considering I can see it just fine.

You shouldn’t access it if you joined only a couple months ago. I really think it should be stricter reqs because of the rampant amount of scams that occur in that section

I believe that at the moment we plan on removing our investments and loans forum from the site since it is too difficult to regulate and leads to a lot of scams. Once we do that, this won't really be relevant anymore.
