revert scam resolver name colour

Zero point in changing it. Looks like the chat mod name colour. I'd like it reverted back to the iconic green colour.

We're keeping the current colour for scam resolvers, and I hope you'll agree that now time has passed, this has been an appropriate change to easily distinguish staff compared to regular users. Now if you see a user is red, you know they're staff and this colour will always be reserved for us staff members.
